17000SF Air Conditioned space including Sanctuary, Administration Building, and School Building.

This project included all of the required waste, drain and vent systems, as well as Hot and Cold water systems.

The HVAC scope included Zoned Split Systems, Energy Recovery System, required ventilation, and general ventilation in the Sanctuary and bathrooms.

Electrical Scope included general 208V distribution, general lighting with dimming system, general receptacles, sound distribution system, Parking Lot and façade lighting, elevator, communications, Fire Alarm System and computer network.

"Churches are special places of assembly, and all systems have to be designed with serious considerations to the requirements of the community and the type of liturgical services.

The AC system must be able to provide comfort levels at a wide range of occupancy levels with minimum operator intervention and very low white noise burden.

Acoustics, sound, and lighting must be specifically tailored to the required service program, taking advantage of all the available technologies within the budget of the project."
